Back in 1995, what started out as just an idea that was shared between some close friends and relatives quickly transformed into an office space in Makati with nothing more than some office equipment and a small team of five hard-working people. The idea was to provide clients with high-quality remanufactured, compatible laser and ink printing cartridges, but it was an idea that was going to take a lot of hard work, so that team of five hit the ground running. From making phone calls, securing product, setting up client meetings, and just doing everything possible to make ensure that they were providing nothing short of the best for their clients.
From there, the hard work continued, the team grew, and the products and services continued to evolve to meet clients’ needs more effectively, but the commitment to quality never changed. We started offering complimentary tech support and preventative maintenance as part of our service package to ensure that our client’s printing needs are never held back by equipment failure. We integrated an advanced printing management software solution for our partners so that they can manage every aspect of the printing activity in their business. As JMD went through all the changes, our focus never shifted away from the future; asking questions about how we can continue to improve and meet the needs of tomorrow.
Starting as that small team of five, JMD International has grown into an established name in the printing product and service industry, with over 200 employees at offices all across the Philippines, including Manila, Bicol, Cebu, and Davao.
